Timothy Hull2024-05-02Had a huge maple tree located very close to our house removed along with the stump. I have used Tackett Tree experts previously for some other work. I have called other tree services in the past and they only disappointed for various reasons. I feel Tackett’s rates are fair overall, but it’s the extra details you can’t put a price on. If you call for an estimate they set one up quickly and show up on time. If you approve the work, they call you ahead of time to schedule, give you an arrival window and they show up as planned. Communication is good. I had hired a different company for some work a few years back, they showed up for estimate which I approved. Never heard back for 4 months even after calling the company several times and having to leave a voicemail. This company then shows up 4 months later, unannounced, to do the work, luckily I just happened to be home. Other company’s you call take your info and never show up or call to set up estimates. Maybe it’s just me, but the little things matter and that’s why I’ve been a repeat customer to Tackett Tree Experts!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
